Last Friday, Mr. Roman Stolyarov, a graduate student at Massachusetts Institute of Technology visited BASCS High School and presented on Biomechatronics. He also discussed how technology has a significant role and impact in medicine and our lives. He spoke about his responsibilities and his work at MIT Biomechatronics Lab where they are designing the world’s most advanced foot prosthetics and exoskeletons. Mr. Stolyarov encouraged our students to study technology where they can contribute a lot to humanity and using technology to cure, and improve people’s lives. At the end students asked different questions. Mr.Stolyarov is a former student of Mr. Guvercin at Harmony Academy in Dallas, Texas.
