PASCS Intermediate student wins county poster contest

On Thursday, January 22, 2016 Chloe H., a Passaic Intermediate Fourth Grade student, received a medal from Kristin M. Corrado, Passaic County Clerk, at the Annual Passaic County Clerk Poster Contest Award Ceremony.   The contest is open to all local fourth graders and is intended to commemorate Passaic County Government and promote the awareness of Passaic County’s attractions.  The twelve winning entries are reproduced on the 2016 County Clerk Calendar and then distributed to schools, government offices, libraries, and other public places. “The creativity of these young artists is inspiring”, stated Kristin M. Corrado, Passaic County Clerk.  “Many of the schools included this contest as part of their fourth grade curriculum and that is a tribute to the principals, teachers and students of the participating schools.”  The 2016 Calendar represents all that is special and unique about Passaic County.
