In fact, iLearn even offers a course at the high school level entitled “Future Teachers”. iLearn also works closely with Ramapo College, providing many aspiring teachers with the opportunity to learn from our most seasoned and exceptional teachers in beginning their own journey on the teaching side of education. Our “30 College Credit” program also allows our current Seniors to earn college credits while completing graduation requirements, giving them a jumpstart toward pursuing their college and career endeavors, which may include careers in education. Additionally, iLearn’s onboarding and certification process ensures that each new teacher receives close mentoring support. As mentees, our up-and-coming teachers learn under the tutelage of our experienced mentor teachers and even from our school consultants. iLearn, therefore, provides many opportunities for aspiring teachers to enter and grow professionally in the field of education.
