Guest Ticket Policy

We understand that graduation is a significant milestone, and it is natural to want to celebrate this special occasion with as many loved ones as possible. However, to ensure that every student has the opportunity to have their close family and friends present, we must be mindful of our venue’s capacity limits.

Each graduating senior will be allocated a maximum of 6 physical guest tickets. Only guests with physical tickets will be allowed inside the venue. This policy allows us to maintain a fair and equitable environment for all students and their families. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to this limit. Regrettably, students who exceed the 6-guest allocation may be unable to accommodate all their guests inside the venue. Please note that no extra tickets will be made available.

To accommodate additional family members and friends, the event will be live-streamed. More information about the live stream will be released soon.

Thank you for your understanding and support in making this a memorable event for everyone.

Seating

Seating for the graduation ceremony will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage guests to arrive early to secure their preferred seats. For those who have indicated a need for handicapped seating, special arrangements have been made. These guests will be escorted to designated accessible seating areas to ensure their comfort and convenience. If a handicapped guest requires assistance, we will allow one person to sit with them.

All other guests will be directed to the bleacher seating. We kindly ask that guests refrain from reserving seats to ensure a fair and orderly seating process. Please be considerate of other attendees by leaving as much space as possible and ensuring a smooth flow of seating for everyone. Your cooperation helps us accommodate all families and make the event enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and courtesy.

Additional Guidelines & Policies

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable graduation ceremony for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines and policies:

No Balloons: Due to the venue’s high vaulted ceiling, balloons are not permitted. Balloons can become stuck and obstruct the view of others, detracting from the overall experience.

Common Courtesy: Please be mindful of those around you. Keep conversations to a minimum during the ceremony and ensure that all noise-making devices are silenced. We are all here to celebrate together, so let us maintain an atmosphere of respect and consideration.

Disruptions: Any disruptions during the ceremony will not be tolerated. This includes loud talking, moving around excessively, or any other behavior that may distract from the proceedings. We want every graduate to have their moment recognized without interruptions.

Photo-Taking: We understand the importance of capturing this momentous occasion. However, please be considerate when taking photos. Avoid standing or blocking the view of others. There will be designated areas for taking photos after the ceremony. Additionally, we will have professional photographers and a videographer present to capture the event. Each student will receive a commemorative graduation portrait to remember this special day.

Your cooperation and mindfulness will help make this graduation ceremony a memorable and joyous event for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and for joining us in celebrating this incredible milestone.
