Dear Families and Staff of iLearn Schools:
As this very different and challenging academic year comes to a close, I want to thank you for your continued dedication and teamwork in helping us come so far. Many aspects of education we knew before had to change this school year, but I am so grateful that we were able to successfully reopen our schools in September of 2020!
Since the start of the pandemic, finding a way to effectively educate our students in these unprecedented times has been a daunting task. Throughout this experience, iLearn Schools was able to persevere in confronting the many hurdles we had to overcome to provide high-quality educational services to our students. Through it all, our school administrators, teachers, and staff came together to build and implement a plan that allowed us to safely reopen our classroom doors. This was no small task to tackle by any means, but not once did anyone waiver in the face of such adversity.
As we head into the Summer months, we want you to know that we are working diligently to ensure that our reopening plan reflects lessons learned from this school year so that we can adapt and continue providing the best quality education possible. We are as focused as ever to re-engage our students academically, socially, emotionally, athletically, and artistically.
In closing, I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate and thank all of our amazing students for their success, hard work, dedication, and ongoing resilience. Thank you to our caring school administrators, teachers, and staff for your outstanding commitment and for providing prolific and engaging lessons and experiences for our students. We are also truly grateful for our schools’ parents/guardians and their unwavering support, understanding, and care throughout these difficult times.
This last year has not been what any of us planned for. It has challenged us and offered us new opportunities every single day. Together, we have responded to the best of our ability and in the best interest of our students. We could not have done this without all of you. You are the real heroes in our lives, and I am so honored to work with and for you.
We look forward to seeing you all when we fully open again in August of 2021!
