Marking Period 3 Schoology Updates

April 3, 2020

Greetings iLearn Schools Families,

We hope that this letter finds you all well and in good spirits!  We are aware that Schoology has been experiencing system errors.  Schoology mentions that they are doing all they can to invest in fixing this problem.

Teachers are working diligently to update Marking Period 3 grades.  While all assignments are due by Friday, April 3rd the deadline for teachers to grade these assignments and submit the final grades has been extended to Thursday, April 9, 2020.  This will allow time for Schoology to fix the system errors and for teachers to submit grades accordingly. Please be aware that Parent Teacher Conferences will continue as scheduled, this will be an opportunity for parents and teachers to discuss students’ academic progress. Report cards are scheduled to be sent digitally on Friday, April 10, 2020.  We will keep you updated if that date changes due to system errors with Schoology.

Thank you all for your patience during this time.

Be well and stay safe.
