AI at iLearn Schools

Training, classroom practices, AI assistants, and the guidelines behind them: what iLearn Schools staff need to teach, plan, and lead with AI.

Get started in three steps

1

Learn the basics

Start with iIgnite, our all-staff training on Gemini and Google’s AI tools. Then read The AI Pulse, our newsletter on AI in education.

2

Find what works

Browse classroom practices that iLearn teachers have tried and rated in the AI Exchange, and explore teaching and productivity guides in the AI Hub, from lesson design to AI in STEAM projects.

3

Use AI responsibly

Before you use AI with student work or personal information, read the Policy & Ethics Hub in the AI Hub.

AI tools and resources at iLearn Schools

Six places to learn about, find, and use artificial intelligence (AI) at iLearn Schools. Each one opens in a new tab.

Start here · All staff

iLearn AI Hub

The home base for AI at iLearn Schools. It explains what AI is and why it matters, shares strategies for teaching and for saving time on everyday work, and sets out how we use AI responsibly. A built-in iLearn AI Assistant can help you plan a lesson or streamline a task.

Training · All staff

iIgnite

Our all-staff technology training for 2026–27: Teaching with Gemini and the Google AI Ecosystem. It launched on August 20, when every campus ran the same hands-on training on the same day, led by a campus team trained the week before.

Classroom practices · Teachers

iLearn AI Exchange

A library of AI practices shared by iLearn teachers. Each one is selected by the campus’s school instructional technology coordinator (SITC) and approved before it appears. Find one that fits your classroom, try it, rate it, and share your own.

Using AI responsibly

AI can save time and open new ways to learn, but the professional judgment stays with you. Before you use AI with student work or personal information, review the Policy & Ethics Hub in the iLearn AI Hub. It covers responsible use, data privacy, academic integrity, and how to cite AI contributions.
